 These mini chargers plug directly into a British 3 pin socket.They can charge either niCd or NiMh battereries (not supplied). Nicads take around 3 - 4 hours to fully charge, nickel Metal Hyrdide  take around 10 hours to fully recharge.

They have a British 3 pin plug directly on the back , but could be used as a travel charger in Europe if you purchase a 2 pin adaptor. 240v only not suitable for use in USA.
