The Drawstring around the waist should be tightened up to prevent the air from escaping.There are also ties on the ankles. The air pump continually inflates it, so if air escapes it does reinflate itself quite quickly.The suits are lightweight nylon and can be hand washed.

.As for the size, well that's me in one of the the piccies, pretty average fattish bloke, My son who is 6 ft 3 tried it and its fine as did my 12 year old girl so 1 size really does fit all.
