If you only need to cook a few chips, then why use a massive deep fryer, or risk an old fashioned chip pan?
This fryer is around a quarter of the capacity of a standard fryer and will hold 0.75 litre of oil. Thats enough to cook a couple of portions of chips or a couple of frozen food portions.
It only uses 850watts (larger fryers use over 2,000 watts) so it is quite economical. It has a filter and it does of course conform to British safety standards BS EN 60335.
It has an adjustable heat control up to 190 degrees with a total capacity (including oil) of 1.7 litres
Comes in either white/blue or white/grey.
