This particular one is konami licenced FROGGER handheld LCD electronic handheld game from 2000 distibuted by tiger electronics (Hasbro)

The original 1981 frogger returned to gaming action in 2000 with this 3D encased gaming form and new way to play. To guide frogger on his quest you have to pull back on his legs to make him hop along the screen. Great frogger sound effects track your progress accross a congested highway where one wrong move means instant rod kill. Once you clear the highway its onto the river where you must piggyback logs and turtles to get frogger home safely.
If you really wanted to use it then you would need 2 x aa batteries.
