These are low energy , yet super bright flat head LED lights in multi colours
They are supplied with a 24 v transformer with a 8 way sequential changing mini control box. The LEDs have a lifespan exceeing 50,000 hrs, so will never need replacing.
The mains transformer should be located indoors, but the lights can be placed outdoors if required.
There is a 5 m lead (inc control box) till the first bulb then approx 2 m of illumination.
