Utilises the power from a USB port on your lap top, desk top or Playstation 3.
The fan blades spin in a circle around 9 cm in diameter , it has a 1 metre lead and a simple on - off switch. It is around 20 cm tall with a flexi metal stalk to position it towards the user.
The three fan blades will not harm you if you happen to touch them as they are just foam. Simply twist the blades to give more or less cold air . Bending them into a spoon shapes gives the best results.
